Tickets for the Cultural History Museum/Museum of Natural History Magdeburg allow the bearer to visit the Ottonianum Cathedral Museum Magdeburg and the Art Museum Kloster Unser Lieben Frauen at a reduced rate within thirty days. Likewise, a ticket from the aforementioned museums allows the bearer to visit the Cultural History Museum/Museum of Natural History Magdeburg at a reduced rate within thirty days.
Admission is free for schoolchildren and supervisors (1 adult per 7 schoolchildren).
The fee for a guided tour is €15 per group (max. 25 participants).

Animals are not allowed in the museums.
Food and drinks may be consumed in the designated café area in the lower foyer.
The Cultural History Museum and the Natural History Museum are wheelchair accessible and have an accessible WC.
